Three days to go until the opening of 'Tim Walker: Wonderful Things' ✨ In preparation for the exhibition, Walker scoured the V&A’s 145 public galleries, scaled the roof of the 12-acre South Kensington site, and explored the labyrinth of Victorian passages below ground level. Along the way, he encountered luminous stained-glass windows, vivid Indian miniature paintings, jewelled snuffboxes, erotic illustrations, golden shoes, and a 65-metre-long photograph of the Bayeux Tapestry. These rare artefacts will be exhibited alongside the monumental new photographs they inspired. Be the first to visit. Book now – link in bio #TimWalkerxVAM Jeenu Mahadevan. Fashion: Balenciaga. (... )The picture should slope forward.' Rosetti was very directive to ensure that the portrait of Jane Morris, wife of William Morris, would be exhibited at its best.
