Holiday must haves ~ gingerbread and hot cocoa ⛄️ I’m definitely not skilled enough to build a house so these will have to do! I promise I only ate about 5 in the process of making them... but can you blame me? RECIPE BELOW 👇🏼 • Dough 3/4 c. Vegan butter 3/4 c. Molasses 3/4 c. Brown sugar 1 tbs. Cinnamon 1 tbs. Ground ginger 1 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Allspice 1 Flax egg 1 tsp. Baking powder 1/2 tsp. Baking soda 3 1/2 c. All purpose flour Icing 1 c. Powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract 1 tbs. Almond milk • Melt butter then stir in molasses, brown sugar, and spices. When cooled to lukewarm, mix in flax egg. Then stir in dry ingredients. Form into two rounds and refrigerate until cooled through~1 hour. • Preheat oven to 350F. Flour surface and roll out dough to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut to whatever shape you desire and bake in over for 10-12 minutes. While those are cooling. Mix ingredients for icing. It should be pretty thick. Place in a ziplock bag and cut off corner. Frost to your liking!

When you go to the gym to workout and then end up sitting on the floor to “stretch” for an hour 🙈 who can relate? • Motivation to go to the gym when the weather gets colder is a real struggle and if you know me, you know I can binge watch a TV show like no other. BUT a wise person (that probably never heard of Netflix ) said summer bodies are made in the winter...and you know...health is good for you I’ve heard. So here’s to staying motivated and keeping yourself accountable during the months of sweatpants and sweatshirts galore ✨
~SUNDAY RITUALS~ If you can’t tell from this photo, I had a blast at the Big E yesterday and I’m still trying to recover and detox from the day *cough* fried PB&J *cough*, so I’m stepping right back into my routine • Getting a workout in, running errands, meal prepping, and obvs watching the Pats ... and probs day dreaming of fair food let’s be real.
