Coaching Tipp: 🤔 Warum Hüft-Übungen für den Alltag wichtig sind Da die Hüftgelenke im menschlichen Körper am meisten beansprucht werden, ist es wichtig, die dort sitzende Muskulatur fit und gesund zu halten. Auf diesem Weg wird der Bandapparat geschont und der Knorpel in seiner Funktion geschützt. Die größte Belastung entsteht, neben der statischen Haltearbeit und der mechanischen Reibung zwischen Gelenkkopf und -pfanne, durch Übergewicht. Die zusätzlichen Pfunde wirken auf den Körperschwerpunkt und damit die Hüftgelenke. Die mechanische Belastung nimmt weiter zu. Zudem geht man davon aus, dass aus dem Fettgewebe spezielle Stoffe stammen, die Entzündungsreaktionen begünstigen. Dadurch erhöht sich das Risiko, an Schleimbeutelentzündungen zu erkranken und unter Schmerzen zu leiden. Mit Hüftschmerzen gehen auch Gicht, Rheuma und Arthrose einher. Allen Erkrankungen kann mit gezielten Hüft-Übungen Linderung verschafft werden. Ist Übergewicht ein Grund der Hüftschmerzen ist der erste Schritt ein Herz-Kreislauf-Training, um das Gewicht zu reduzieren. Ein gutes Beispiel dafür ist ein gelenkschonender Aquakurs. Anschließend können gezielte Hüft-Übungen folgen, die die Hüftmuskulatur stärken und möglichen Beschwerden vorbeugen. Get Big- Get Big is all about gaining Lean Body Mass. The goal is to not just see weight increas on the scale, but to make sure what we are gaining is Lean Body Mass aka muscle, while trying to keep the body fat as low as we can. . . That means doing resistance training in a way that stimulates the muscle to grow and not always trying to max out on your lifts. . . Also eating clean healthy food in a slight calorie surplus and trying not to binge eat just because we are "bulking". . . Lastly making sure we have a well programmed exercise routing and not, what many call, "a bro split". Now a "bro split" is one of the most common and oldest exercise routines out there but there is a much for effective ways to reduce time in the gym and maximize growth.

In de spiegel kijken zorgt voor meer groei. En dan heb ik het niet over dwars voor de spiegel te gaan staan op twintig centimeter afstand terwijl je curls doet. Durf kritisch naar jezelf te kijken, wat je daar vervolgens mee doet kan je progressie maken📈of breken📉. Je ego is gemaakt om je te beschermen. Maar het kan je wel degelijk in de weg zitten. Wat blijft er over wanneer ik dat ego laat vallen? Maak ik fysieke progressie? Mwah, minimaal. Zet ik pr’s? Nee ook niet. Ben ik de beste versie van mezelf of handel ik daarnaar? Nee dat zelfs niet. Nu kan ik mezelf helemaal neerhalen door bovenstaande feiten, of ik kan een plan maken en inspelen op de dingen waar het aan schort. Zie je gebreken als ruimte voor groei📶 in plaats van een tekort aan volmaaktheid. yesterday, I put up a post talking about motivation...or lack of. Yesterday I was talking from a spot of motivation...⠀ Today not so much. 😵⠀ I wasn't kidding when I said I know how it feels. Lately its been really hit or miss. I'll feel great for a couple of days and then the last thing I want to do is workout and hit my macros for a couple of days. ⠀ 🔹⠀ But I'm still doing it. Because I told myself I would and I know how I feel when I tell myself I am going to do something and then i let myself down...it feels like I am going backward...to a time that I did that crap all too much. ⠀ The endless cycle of being obsessed with food, when I could eat, what I wasn't allowed to eat, if I was going to run out of food...then eating way too much because that's the only thing I was thinking about....constantly telling myself that tomorrow would be perfect.⠀ 🔹⠀ I have overcome a lot of that cycle but I would be lying to say those thoughts never come into my mind. But 4 years ago, I finally made a promise to myself and kept it. I live in the LIFESTYLE where I love working out (Fortunately for me, I have always liked to workout ) and I also love embracing how far I have come and no longer have an "all or nothing" feeling toward food. ⠀ 🔹⠀ What I love even more? Is that I can help other people find balance as well. I coach from a perspective of experience. I don't tell people to drink some shake and magic happens...it doesn't. Hunger does. This girl cannot replace food with a shake. Period. ⠀ I give real life examples of what I have done to overcome this cycle and what I continue on a daily basis. Is it always perfect? No. But we can also chat about what the best thing to do on those imperfect days is.⠀ 🔷Back to lacking motivation. I still workout on the days that I don't want to and I still track macros on the days I'd rather not. HOW? I tell myself to think about how I will feel tomorrow. Do I want tomorrow to be full of yesterdays, guilt, and wishing I could change.
