Te traemos una receta baja en grasa y calorías para esos antojos después del almuerzo.🤤 INGREDIENTES 🍶 150g de harina integral/ Almendras 🥕 2 zanahorias 🥛 1 yogur griego desnatado o bajo en grasa 🥚 2 huevos 🍌 2 banano maduros 🥥 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco (o de oliva ) 🍯 Endulzante natural 🥄 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico 🌰 Nueces picadas y pasas al gusto PREPARACIÓN 1. En un tazón mezclar la harina integral y el bicarbonato de sodio, y en otro el resto de ingredientes (el banano previamente machacado y la zanahoria rallada ). 2. Agregar de a pocos la harina en el primer tazón, mezclando hasta que quede una masa completamente homogénea y lista para verter en el recipiente o molde del bizcocho. 3. Poner en el horno a 180º unos 45min, previamente calentado, y controlar, de vez en cuando, cómo se va haciendo nuestro bizcocho. Куриное филе порезать брусочками. Из половины апельсина тонко срезать цедру большими пластинками. Из половинок апельсина и лимона выжать сок. Обжарить чеснок в разогретом масле в течение 5-10 секунд. Добавить филе, жарить примерно 3 минуты, все время перемешивая. Жарить до момента пока все кусочки побелеют. Посолить, добавить красный перец по вкусу. Добавить цедру апельсина. Влить выжатый сок, перемешать. Тушить на маленьком огне 15 минут. Далее, при желании, можно достать кусочки цедры. Добавить йогурт, перемешать, готовить 2-3 минуты. Bring this easy yet tasty recipe to the BBQ this weekend! 😋 - INGREDIENTS 2 lbs small dutch potatoes 1 lb (raw weight ) chicken breast ½ cup favorite BBQ sauce 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese - COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. Line a baking sheet with foil 3. Rinse potatoes and pierce with a fork 4. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour or until tender 5. While potatoes are cooking, boil chicken for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through 6. When chicken is done, shred it by using 2 forks 7. Toss the chicken with the BBQ sauce and set aside 8. When potatoes are done, remove from the oven and allow to cool enough to handle 9. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the middle, leaving a small bit of potato along the sides 10. Evenly divide the pulled BBQ chicken among the potatoes 11. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese 12. Return to the oven and bake an additional 20 minutes or until cheese is melted 13. 🇪🇸 Ensalada Rusa or 🇬🇧 Russian Salad ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As the name suggests, it originates from Russia, but you’ll find it everywhere as a tapa (tapas ) if you come to visit the south of Spain. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s literally a potato salad - my version also has carrots, olives, tuna & boiled egg and I’ve used high protein yoghurt instead of mayo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe 👇 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 large potato 4 medium carrots 2 boiled eggs 2 cans of tuna, drained 100g gherkins, sliced Around 20 olives 100g frozen peas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the ‘mayo’ 200g high protein yoghurt 4 tbsp olive oil Juice of half a lemon Salt & pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥕 Peel the carrots and place into a pan of boiling water along with the unpeeled potato (you can cut it into half so it fits ). Leave for 25 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥚 Add the eggs to the pan and leave for 10 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍶 Meanwhile, mix together the fake mayo ingredients and keep aside ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔪 Drain the pan and leave everything to cool. The potato skin should come off easily. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥔 Slice the potato and carrots and peel and slice the egg. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥣 Place in a large bowl and add the tuna, gherkins, olives and peas. The butter creates irresistibly soft potato slices with crispy golden edges. 🙌💛 @feelgoodfoodie ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 4 medium sweet potatoes 2 tablespoon butter spread 1 teaspoon finely chopped thyme or rosemary leaves 1/3 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt ½ avocado, diced (optional ) 1 scallion, white and green parts chopped Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Make a series of 1/8-inch slices along each potato, stopping ½ inch from the bottom. It helps to position the sweet potatoes on chopsticks to avoid slicing all the way down. 3. ¿Qué tal un #skilett para desayunar? 🤤😋🍳 Ingredientes: - 4 huevos - 1 tz. Arroz de coliflor (o brócoli ) @dfitfoods - champiñones cortados - salchichas de pavo o tocino 🥓 (opcional ) - ajo y cebolla en polvo - sal y pimienta al gusto - 1/2 cebolla colorada picada - 1/4 tz. Leche de almendras - 1.5 tz. Queso rallado - cebollín picado para decorar Preparación: Precalienta el horno a 180C. En una sartén saltea las salchichas de pavo/tocino y/o champiñones añade la cebolla y arroz de coliflor/brócoli #dfitfoods hasta que se caramelicen. Remueve del fuego y agrega sal y pimienta al gusto, también las especies que desees, como ajo y cebolla en polvo, seasoning italiano y demás. Añade 1 tz de queso rallado y revuelve la mezcla. Excuse like “I don’t have the time” or “where will I put my food, because I already have loads of languages”. If you choose to keep your habits, you need to make sacrifices and find solutions,not more problems. So think about your food choices for 2-3 days ahead, do your math and start preparing. Be wise & think smart. - 💡💡 The “acceptance of others”: we tend to guide our food choice during traveling by what others our friends choose to eat and if we eat the food that we prepared our friends will look at us in a weird way, sometimes even laugh 😂, because we can’t adapt. And that’s not the case, if you want to stick to your lifestyle you shouldn’t care about what others have to say to you, because in a way they actually admire your discipline. - 💡💡💡If you choose a lifestyle, be happy with it & proud.
