Hayden looked back so quick! I tried to be quiet but I guess not quiet enough! They love their little toys now! We no longer have to stuff them with a blanket. Yesterday I couldn't post because my phone and tablet decided not to work. So, yesterday I followed my meal plan for the most part, I came up short on some containers. I did not work out because I ran out of time before having to go to work. Instead, I was working on my progress pictutes and prepping to start 3 Week Yoga Retreat. I didn't really eat until about 8 last night, which was my veggies with hot sauce and spaghetti. Later on last night I had my shake and most of my salad salad. I will be posting later tonight with my meals and the start of my new program. The pic on the left was taken in april when I first started as a TNA - i put off changing my uniform for as long as I could because it was a little tight and just fit. I can understand where they are coming from, as it is a complicated issue figuring out what will work for us when we get such conflicting advice. . . My favorite food is 🍕!!!! Hbu? I went from consistently falling off the wagon to finally getting the results I wanted. After 25, I'd look down 😳and watch the scale ⬆️. I went from always being 117lbs to drowning in overwhelm and frustration. I thought counting points was the sh*t man! 🎉I counted those hundred calorie packs, 1-90 calorie coke, and 1-90 sandwich thin with some processed meats and 🥕 for lunch. What I’ve learned as a health coach is that counting calories or points are BS‼️ It doesn’t work. Diets don’t work. What works for me may not work for you! I now help women discover what works for them and what doesn’t. Being skinny doesn’t make you healthy. Going to the gym doesn’t burn off the 🍟 and booze. It all impacts our body. . “I don’t have time!” “This is my favorite episode of Friends.” “There’s too many people.” —— These are all EXCUSES I use to tell myself when it came to using the gym on my lunch breaks. I’d spend most of the day sitting while working and then I’d spend another hour sitting on my lunch break. I’d hit that midday wall of doom and dread the rest of the day because it felt like it took forever. . When I started streaming my workouts on my phone, my excuses were crushed. It was too convenient to make excuses at that point. I could quick eat and then get a 20-30 minute workout in or I could eat afterwards. Either way, I started to MOVE my body and use my time to my advantage. . Do I spend my lunch break in the gym every day? No way - do you know how many errands you can knock out in an hour? 😝 I make a point to use the gym 2-3 times per week and use the other days for grocery shopping or other random things. Some days I still use it to watch TV because we all need to take time to just slow down and relax a bit. . My go-to lately is a workout from my Netflix of workouts followed with some cardio on the treadmill or elliptical. On days when I’m just not feeling a more intense workout, I just do cardio on the treadmill or elliptical. There’s a huge sense of accomplishment when you’re drenched in sweat and your FitBit shows you burned 500+ calories... all while on your lunch break! —— Do you use your lunch break to be active or do you go to traditional route of eating while watching TV/reading?

If you aren't ovulating, there is something wrong! A lot of women with #PCOS do not get a monthly period and are not ovulating. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are one of these women, you should be asking your doctor why you aren't ovulating. There is a reason. And one of the reasons might be due to too high insulin levels. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There is a strong connection between insulin resistance and PCOS. You doctor should be testing you for insulin resistance. The good news is if you are insulin resistant, you can reverse it with lifestyle changes. And once you make changes, a lot of women will then begin to ovulate again.

Ma quante volte siete riuscite ad apprezzare il vero gusto degli alimenti senza abusare con i condimenti? 🤔 Un'altra cosa che sappiamo tutti è che, per la nostra salute, è utile dosare sempre l’olio nelle preparazioni, soprattutto in cottura Imparare ad utilizzarlo al meglio per evitare di vanificare gli effetti di una dieta sana e ipocalorica. La dose corretta di olio da utilizzare a pasto è di circa 1 cucchiaio a persona: il consiglio è quello di preferire l’olio utilizzato a crudo sugli alimenti già cotti, per preservarne le qualità nutrizionali ma anche per gustarlo al meglio. Diventa indispensabile scegliere quelle cotture che non necessitano di grassi: il vapore, il cartoccio, la griglia e imparare ad insaporire le pietanze con spezie ed erbe aromatiche. Nella scelta dell'olio preferiamo sempre quello extravergine d’oliva di ottima qualità, spremuto a freddo e di origine protetta 🍈 Imparare ad usare correttamente l’olio significa riscoprire il sapore degli alimenti, apprezzarli nella loro essenza. Hallo meine lieben ❤️ . Mir geht es aktuell wirklich sehe gut 😊 Ich bin ehrlich gesagt auch sehr froh, dass die Hormonbehandlung vorbei ist (vorerst ). Diese hat mir sehr viel Energie und Kraft geraubt 🤕 . Ich war vorgestern auf dem Säntis und habe sehr viel Energie tanken können 💪🏼 jetzt geht es mit neuer Kraft und Energie weiter mit meiner Ausbildung. . Meine Ausbildung läuft super, es könnte nicht besser sein. In der Schule läuft es auch 🤓 bin immer fleissig am lernen. . Das Wochenende werden mein Mann und ich mal wieder nur für uns nehmen 😍, da wir dieses in den letzten Monaten überhaupt kaum konnten 🙈 . Ich hoffe natürlich euch geht es allen gut!? I am absolutely terrible at trying to run a weightloss Instagram but here I am trying again 😂 I've been on a health journey for the past 3 weeks and I'm down 2.5kg already! Only 8.9kg away from my first weight goal and I've given myself until end of October to reach this.. which I'm sure I can do. I'm also on day TWENTY of drinking ❌ no sugary drinks ❌and drinking ✅ ONLY water ✅. I am so proud of myself. I'm also going on 4-5 walks a week so I have increased my exercise a heck of a lot.
