▪️Biofeedback ▪️ - Biofeedback is super important data for me to collect from my clients on a regular basis to ensure they are on track to achieving the results that they deserve. What is Biofeedback? Biofeedback is essentially listening to the signs your body is giving you. The human body is an amazing thing and very good at telling us what we need. Yet most people ignore the signs their body is giving them and a lot of health issues I believe could be resolved if people listened to their bodies and made changes where needed. First, they deny it. Then they reject it. Then they accept it. Then they claim it. “We are in a medical renaissance. In the next five years, there’s going to be tremendous opposition.” When interviewing guests for my podcast, there have been a couple of “pinch me” moments where I’ve sat down with someone who’s actually a MASSIVE deal to me.
