Photonic Light/Quantum Consciousness More expansion, new realizations, new awareness.... means shifting is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much easier and vibrational alignment "can be" too (if we will embrace and honor from inside ) and do as we see is highest aligned.... The passageway leading up to the Lions' Gate was preparation for the completion cycle of "after" (portals don't close like we would think, yet they can only be consciously activated through continual heart consciousness expansion )... Once Cosmic/Universal Codes are "released" to become available, they are available to all. Yet "how" these are activated are vibrational and each EXPANDS their own Consciousness to be able to activate them and then "learn"/understand/see "how" to "apply" them to their own lives.... Aloha BE-YOU-ti-FUL Light Family, We've passed through an immense Gateway (and entered a whole new one ). Some may still may be feeling the affects of the massiveness of these increasing influxes of Plasma Energy and high Photonic Upgrades that are accelerating and non-stop every way/every day..... Many (entire collectives ) are now starting to experience the MAGNITUDE and IMMENSITY of anchoring Light and clearing/releasing density from their own physical bodies/realities too, working through distortions and starting to realize this is a "full time" job/experience, which requires a massive shift in priorities and what's important quite substantially changes as well. Holding on is no longer desirable, as it becomes what anchors/weights each/binds/holds each to the old.....(and "the new" is soooooooooooo much more awesome and exciting! ) The most important thing is to go DEEPer inward and experience all from this depth and honor the importance of all of these processes.... (and LET GO of all judgment or expectation of "how" you thought everything was )... We made a beeline for the nearest beach upon landing at SFO. All of us just craves to move outside. . One of my goals for this pregnancy (and beyond ) is to move continuously throughout the day, rather than sitting for long periods and exercising in spurts as I did in my previous life while working in an office. Being furniture free, living in a van, spending more time outdoors, and moving our temporary home base to a farm have all helped to increase both the amount and types of movement we perform during awaking hours. . Sitting on long flights, especially during the third trimester, is intolerable to say the least. I find my body incapable of conforming to the shape of the seats on the plane. For one thing, the seat is slanted back, forcing me to sit and lean back into a posterior pelvic tilt. This is the same problem in most cars and all car seats (one reason we try to minimize driving ). There is no way to bolster or to sit forward on the front edge of the seat on the plane to gain neutral pelvis. This is due to the fact the back of the seat in front is also leaning back and protruding into the space I need to sit up and forward. The seat also forces my back to slouch forward and my chest to fold onto my big pregnant belly. All this makes it hard to breath. Being a short person my feet are always dangling so I have to step on my carryon to avoid tensing up my calves for hours at a time. All this is to say, sitting, especially on a plane, is insufferable! I ended up standing or squatting in the isle on the last overnight flight. I had a window seat on this slight and attempted to squat on the seat. Hello cramped legs! Hopefully no more long flights for the remainder of this pregnancy! Designs Synchronicities and Systems. The designs tattooed on the man’s leg match a bit out of synchronization the designs on the lady’s back pack though one is a sun and one is flower they are here quickly more similar in spirit than dis- similar if held in aesthetic measurement to the other designs in the mise en scene of the frame. Both are in movement and I in movement, and what’s more, in not two but three different directions, so unintentional. There are two ways to see. Plain vs. Jungian. Plain says of course, there is no mystery, designs are common and such things are bound to happen. Jungian says synchronicity, perhaps imo auspicious in and of itself,- an intelligence underlying the universe or intrinsic to it. But unfortunately no system can be right because no system, model, paradigm, art, spiritual, or scientific form can frame or capture reality ever since it’s open ended. ~~~~~

Just breathe. 👇 Here’s why.... 👇 1. You breathe 20-25000 x a day . So HOW you breathe matters. If you are breathing from your neck and shoulders, the least of your worries is neck and shoulder tension. The preferable pattern is a diaphragmatic pattern- 360 degrees of pressure in the abdomen on the inhale and ribs go down and belly button in on the exhale. 👇 2. It’s driven by the autonomic nervous system. So, diaphragmatic Breathing can indicate that you are in a more relaxed state. Breathing from your chest ( above the diaphragm ) can indicate that you’re in a more stressed state . Conversely , breathing diaphragmatically can stimulate your vagus nerve and trigger a relaxation response . So , when you get stressed , breathe slowly and lengthen hour exhale . 👇 3. You can’t have good quality movement without good quality breathing . It’s the foundation of movement. 👇 4. It affects cellular health. . We need to get oxygen to our cells ! 👇 5. It helps with digestion by creating gastric motility . 👇 6. It helps you relax, lowering the harmful effects of the stress hormone cortisol on your body. It also helps cope with symptoms of PTSD. 👇 7. It lowers your heart rate and lowers your blood pressure. 👇 8. It improves your core stability. Your intrinsic core works as a unit and breath is the driver of that. . . 9. It inhibits pain . It turns down the volume . So these are some among many more are benefits of diaphragmatic breathing . 10 min a day is recommended. Before bed 🛌 and in the morning are great opportunities. Also set your alarm and take 3 breaths every hour . Note 📝 it may take 10 breaths to get to 3 good diaphragmatic breaths . Just breathe .
