Lemon Butter Chicken 👌 👉 Tag a friend who would love these : ) INGREDIENTS 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts kosher salt lemon pepper 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 stick butter 3 cloves garlic, minced Juice of 2 lemons and zest of 1 1/4 c. heavy cream 1 pt. small cherry tomatoes 1/4 c. shredded fresh basil 1 lemon, sliced into half moons Cooked rice, for serving DIRECTIONS Season chicken all over with salt and lemon pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through, 10 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a plate and make pan sauce. Add butter to pan drippings and let melt. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, 1 minute, then add lemon juice and zest and cream. Bring to a simmer, then add cherry tomatoes, basil and lemon slices. 100 squats on Tuesday why not do another 100 Friday. Ended up doing 5x20 @95, 95, 135, 165, 195 lbs. In between each set I had to do kettlebell swings, lunges, and some ab work. Watching this video, it’s clear I need to improve my mobility. The depth of my squat at times is too shallow. It isn’t from a lack of strength it’s from having really tight IT bands and abductors. Asparagus Stuffed Salmon Rolls with Lemon Sauce 😋💗 —— Ingredients: 4 (5 ounce ) salmon fillets, skins removed salt and pepper to taste 1 (12 ounce ) container ricotta 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan ), grated 2 tablespoons basil, chopped 2 teaspoons lemon zest salt and pepper to taste 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons lemon juice —— Instructions: Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste, lay them down with the skin side up, top with the mixture of the ricotta, parmesan, basil, lemon zest, salt and pepper, several spears of asparagus and roll them up before placing them on a grease baking sheet with the seam side down. Bake in a preheated 425F/220C oven until the salmon is just cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat, add the mixture of the broth, lemon juice and heat until it thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
