Aaand we’re back to regular plate programming 👏🏻🍽 The two things I look forward to most after a trip are 1 ) doing a huge fill-the-fridge grocery haul (pics from today’s TJ’s run in my stories 🛒 ) and 2 ) returning to simple + satisfying meals 💯. This fast, easy (and a little bit cheesy ) supper squad was just that: spicy garlic shrimp, basil-parmesan penne, garlicky greens, and sautéed shrooms 👌🏻🥰 - #whatsonmyplate : spicy garlic cajun shrimp 🍤: season shrimp with @primalpalate jerk seasoning + paprika, then sauté in garlic ghee until pink and slightly brown ) •• @eatbanza chickpea penne pasta tossed with basil, olive oil, garlic, parmesan, and red pepper •• sautéed garlicky spinach w/ red pepper & parmesan: in a pan, heat 1 teaspoon @fourthandheart garlic ghee for a minute; add fresh spinach and sauté 10 seconds; quickly remove from heat and season with parmesan & red pepper •• sautéed garlic ghee mushrooms. - Threw a little wine + cheese + charcuterie party 🥂🧀 with my parents tonight, and planning on some QT with the couch the rest of the evening before I hit work hard tomorrow. Nerdeyse hergün farklı bir diyet ya da beslenme trendi türüyor. Ketojenik diyet, Karatay diyeti, sirkadyen beslenme, detoks hatta gelin diyeti bile var😂 Ama anlamamız gereken şey beslenmenin tamamen kişiye özel olmasıdır. Ancak elbette herkesin uygulayabileceği basic kurallar var. İşte ben de onları toparlayıp maddeler halinde yazdım. Voglia zero. Mica sempre ci sentiamo degli chef stellati. Stamattina sono andata alla lezione di yoga, eccezionalmente dato che di solito partecipo la sera. La mattina è andata via tra doccia e pulizie di casa. A pranzo non avevo proprio voglia di cucinare e allora ho preferito organizzare il piatto con poche cose: insalata, salmone affumicato e semi di zucca per avere la nota croccante. Qualche grasso in più nel mio piatto, un po' di carboidrati in meno. Ho comunque apparecchiato, non mi piace mangiare in piedi mentre penso ad altro, mi sento di trascurare me stessa e se si inizia si entra in un loop mentale che eviterei volentieri. Capita di avere quel mood da zero sbatta, cavolo se capita! La cosa importante è avere il piano B pronto e fatto per evitare di "cazzeggiare" troppo. I always love creating different pesto sauces but I especially love this edamame pesto 😍 I love edamame and mixing it into pesto makes it heartier and adds some protein to the sauce. Edamame pesto: 1 cup edamame (out of the pods, duh ) 1 1/2 cup basil 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons hemp seeds Juice from 1/2 lemon 1-2 garlic gloves 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Olive oil to thin out. Combine everything (except oil ) into a food processor or high speed blender (I love my vitamix ) - blend - while blending, gradually add in your olive oil until your desired consistency. This is a really fun take on pesto and I truly love the result! I hope you enjoy!
