This is the last batch of cucumbers from my balcony garden... I’ve recently discovered that one of my plants (I think it was my tomato plant ) has somehow contracted a virus or is being attacked by a pathogen—much like humans can contract viruses, so can plants! . I’m working with Momma Smiles to try and figure out exactly what I’m dealing with here—but in the mean-time, I have removed the infected plants, and have cut the infected herbs down to their stem (at soil level )... now I wait, and see if the herbs come back—but more importantly, see if they come back healthy! . I’m sure there are various ways of sprouting sunflower seeds... but what I find tremendously effective—is to soak the sunflower seeds in filtered water for 24-36 hours before nestling them in an 8”-10” pot filled with Miracle Grow (it’s the soil which I plant all of my seeds in ). . 🙏 I eat the majority of my food raw these days, though I've never been 100% raw because I have found potatoes to be incredibly beneficial to helping my body in the transition to plant based eating, and to this day I enjoy them. Just wanted to share a little insight on corn with you—From my Mentor... . “Unfortunately, the technology of genetically modified organisms (GMO ) has destroyed it as a viable food. Although the CELERY JUICE book by Anthony William was released last week—-I have been personally living ‘The Celery Juice Cleanse’ lifestyle—for the past 7 months!!! . Many of you have already seen my videos on YouTube, “what I eat in a day”, and “what I eat on a gym day”... but for those of you who have not—you may find value and insight into, what I eat and drink in a day. (To arrive at my YouTube channel follow the link in my bio ) . Now I fully understand and acknowledge, that we as human beings are all different. Plus we all have different things going on inside of us—-different viral and bacterial loads, different toxins, different chemicals, different heavy metals, and different types of radiation in us; and all at varying degrees inside our own bodies....
