Still on top of my food game this morning. Whole grain vegan French toast (made with coconut milk and no eggs ) with homemade blueberry chia sauce for breakfast. Also I feel like yesterday evening I had a little breakthrough because for the first time I'm actually determined to feel healthy and happy in my skin and not to lose weight or change the way my body looks. I just want to feel good and that's new for me. But I love it actually because I'm just focusing on eating good healthy meals and getting my fruit and veg in and not worrying about the calories and macros and tiny little details all the time. It's still a little scary for me but I think this is really good for my mental state and my overall health🌱

Torture Report: Era of Boris . . Duct taped a torture session together as have not got it nailed yet. . An awesome chilly morning and not raining...Laced up and went of on my torture session just focusing on getting mileage... . . This morning was rather breezy and chilly 12 degrees ideal weather for Fathlete training with our natural insulation & fuel..(FAT )....like every session so far first 2km were a struggle until the delusion of athleticism show up...The seas was so shocked to see this vision that is splashed me and swallowed sea water and reverted back to Fatman shuffle with wet shoes, socks and clothes🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️.. . . Athletic Delusions are triggered by eye candy prancing torwards one or away. In winter eye candy is rare as a Republican willing to criticize TRUMP😂😂😂😂. . Outdoor Winter training sessions are fueled by internal motivation and not eye candy, so always remember WHY you are training..... . . 🥊BOXERCISE! 🥊 . I did my first ever @resultswithlucy Boxercise class with @michaelevansfitness the other day and boy was it GOOD! 😍 (the video is sped up so I could fit more in and I was doing an old live, maybe March/April? ) . I don't know why I've never got round to doing them, maybe I thought I wouldn't be good at it. If you think the same, let me tell you, it doesn't matter! You get so into it and @michaelevansfitness is such a good teacher. . I felt so powerful and strong doing it and I can't wait to do more and practice and improve my form and everything! You need to do these classes, they are 🔥🔥 . Definitely need more boxercise content with Michael please @resultswithlucy @resultswithcecilia ! 🔥

Yesterday my first born, last born, and love of my life turned 4!!!!! I mean, I dunno about you guys, but 4 suddenly seems like my baby is all grown up and that little bundle of screaming joy I brought home from the hospital 4 years ago is a distant memory. . . For me, I hated the baby stage. The physical trauma, the feeling of helplessness, the emotion, the PND and anxiety, the sleep deprivation.. I didn’t enjoy it, it very nearly destroyed me. But slowly he’s grown, the baby stage became the toddler stage, the toddler stage became the pre-school stage and now were here, one last summer before full time school. . . Would I go back and do it again? Nah probably not. But right now he is perfect. Funny, handsome, kind, although a little demanding at times (only child problems I guess 😆 ) and I could not be without him. It was having him that brought fitness into my life. He changed my entire outlook and gave me the desire to want to get fit, to look after my health, to build my strength so that not only would I be able to keep up with him but to lead by example and promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle to the next generation 💙 4 years down the line and my routine is very different but every evening when I plan the next day, I always remember how grateful I am for the body that not only gave me such an amazing little boy but that continues to support me through everything I do ❤️ . . Five months into my fitness journey💪🏽🤗🤸🏽‍♀️ and couldn't be happier! One of the most important aspects of my journey so far is the confidence that I am continuing to gain even above the results (which I am happy with as well 😁🤗 )!!! . . The drinking only water is going pretty well and I’ve introduced a new morning routine of adding the juice of half a lemon to my morning pint. This apparently my has many health benefits and doesn’t taste too bad either. Win win in my eyes. . HOME WORKOUT GIRRL 💪 I think all mums know how hard it can be to juggle all things #momlife and manage time for staying fit [Double Tap 💛 if you're thinking Hells Yes!] It's especially challenging when our kiddies are unwell. . My little man is still being treated for his bowel condition at home (he is improving 🙏 thankfully ) and between moving house and hospital/doctor visits, let's just say there hasn't been a lot of me time. With only occasional walks and no gyming, Mama's going a little cray-cray 😵😥😂. . So I bit the bullet today and put together a home workout/circuit sesh to get my blood pumping a bit and those good endorphin feels going. Oh yeahhhh. . Haha, it wasn't exactly the training i'm used to. 🙃I only have 5kg dumbbells at home and I borrowed a bench from a neighbour, but it's surprising what you can put together with a little equipment, some motivation and great beats. . A good 45min later I was sweating, my arms were burning and I found my 'just smashed it' smile 😁😁. Forgot to take my camera out with me, oops. Next time i'll snap a few of the exercises. .
