I always wear clothes that I can either lounge in or workout in. I never dress fancy because I have nowhere to go. I also have no friends haha. I hate mirrors. I avoid them as much as I can I’m terrified to look into them. But things needs to change. Goal number 1: focus on accepting who I am. Look into that mirror. Did NOT feel like working out today... worked allllll day and then contemplated going to the gym for about an hour and then realized I wasted the same amount of time thinking about it when I could have just got it done and over with.... BUTTTT I got it over with 😆😆😆 Just a friendly reminder not to contemplate your workouts! Plan ahead !!!! USUALLY when I have a set schedule during the school year, I’ll plan ahead, I’ll make sure I bring my workout clothes in a separate bag and leave them in my car for after my long days... so I KNOW I can’t make excuses ! Yesterday I felt strong AF. That doesn't mean I have the biggest muscles. That doesn't mean i hit a new PB. That doesn't mean I lifted heavy. It means I have stopped comparing my self to others or wishing I was stronger. I have recognised my progress since competing at Sout Islands. When I first started back training after a rest I felt weak, tired, fat, constantly out of breath and REPS killed me. I absolutelyfucking hated anything I had to do more than once which unfortunately for me was every exercise. It also doesn't mean training has now become easy. F NO! The weights go up when it gets easy! I have noticed that I can go up in weights in some exercises and it feels good to feel stronger. Be proud of your body and where it is right now and congratulate yourself for how far you have come. Stop comparing yourself to other people - Comparrassion is the killer of all joy! Strong physically.. But what about Steong mentally?! If you try to maximize your muscle growth, lifting weights is the better option, as it is a lot easier to progress by increasing the weight.⁣ ⁣ Nevertheless bodyweight exercises still have a place in hypertrophy progams. The pull up for example is a great exercise to start with. After some time you will be able to do 15+ reps, which is the best moment to add some extra weight.⁣ ⁣ If your main goal is to do cool stuff with your body and you like to do some nice bodyweight exercises like a front lever, you should go for bodyweight training. GOALS. I’m Working on one of my biggest goals yet. I don’t share all my goals or even half my goals but this one may be my stupidest yet and I want to be held accountable. Here it is; I want to squat 500 pounds and run a sub 60 minute 10k on the same day. I haven’t squatted 500 since 2005(I think ) and I have never even tried a 10k run. A month ago was my first run since high school and I’m almost 36. I don’t know why I got fixated on this but I think it would be considered “fit.” So I’m going to do it. Transformation Sunday🔥 . Tag a friend that’s new to keto . 310 lbs ➡️ 186 lbs . I’ve worked hard for these results. I wish I could say it’s been a piece of cake 🍰 but it hasn’t. These results are due to not giving up regardless of how many times I fall💪 . So today as I spent 4 hours driving to pick up my sister new pup, (he’s a sweetheart just saying🥰😍 ) & it came across my mind how much everyone complains about cardio (yes, random I know.. ) so I wanted to post this.. 😇✨Have you ever just hated going to the gym just because you know you have to do cardio OR you just avoid it all together? 🚫🙄 Yaaaa, me too. We’ve all been there. However, after many years of trying new workouts - I have found a machine that I absolutely love. The stair master is my favourite cardio machine to use, whether it is a light warm up or a cardio day - it’s my go to machine👊🏻💪🏻. . . . . I have found with the stair master it has given me the best results yet. Ever want to tone that stomach? Well, this machine engages your core during the workout👏🏻🌟. This is due to the fact that the stair master requires you to use your balance which in turn uses your core muscles🥰☺️. . . . . Add the resistance bands into play and you will give yourself not only a great cardio workout but a leg & glute workout as well.. if you ask me, that’s amazing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There are many different ways you can use this machine (kickbacks, side steps, double steps, light jog, jump squats just to name a few ) very beneficial & you don’t have to hate it. It’s actually fun😆💪🏻 wait cardio, fun? Yes! . So guys - if you do cardio what is your go to machine? 🤔💭 .

Good morning , it's been a while since I post a bench press video.. - Finally was able to do 95lbs , no spotter either. Plus, I dont like asking for someone random to do it.
