Покупатель начал умнеть - изучать, разбираться и понимать что аминокислоты bcaa огромная раздутая чепуха мирового масштаба. Но маркетологи не потерпят поражения и на смену придумали незаменимость eaa аминокислот, но это другая история.. Пока российский рынок отстаёт в развитии от западного лет на 5, а потребитель вообще задержался в развитии, на абсолютной бесполезности bcaa ещё долго будут зарабатываться огромные деньги. На сегодняшний день в интернет пространстве нет ни единого правдивого исследования, подтверждающие хотя бы долю эффектов, приписанных к bcaa - все они не выдерживают никакой критики: либо тесты проведены с нарушениями в пользу bcaa, либо профинансированы заинтересованными лицами производящими bcaa (об этом есть отличный разоблачающий ролик Б.Цацулина ) Лично я уже давно не верую во все заявленные чудодейственные свойства bcaa, не потому, что изучил их реальный механизм работы, а убедился в их абсолютной бесполезности после множества вариаций режима приёма и дозировок. Но сначала немного ликбеза о том «как растут мышцы» на языке дошкольного уровня: Наши мышцы питаются гликогеном, который расщепляется на энергию атф. Мышцы будут работать, пока не истощатся запасы гликогена. Как только гликогеновое депо опустело - срабатывает компенсаторный режим, который при должном питании начинает запасать ещё больший объём гликогена - эта функция в нашем организме называется «суперкомпенсация», при чём делает это с избытком, чтобы суметь пережить ещё больший стресс, чем был ранее. Вот почему с каждой новой тренировкой мы становимся сильнее и выносливее, а постоянный рост объёма запасаемого гликогена давит на мышечные клетки, растягивая и увеличивая их. Tips to Avoid Hunger by @marcinevin Who hates being hungry? 🙋🏻‍♀️If so, I feel ya. I’m in the middle of a fat loss phase myself right now and the hunger is starting to get reeeeal.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instead of giving in and goin’ off my plan, I use these tips to make it feel more manageable.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instead of eating teeny tiny little meals that leave you hungry an hour later, stick to 3 larger meals and maybe a snack or 2 if you need it. Make them a balanced mix of protein, veggies, and some carbs and fat which will be way more satisfying.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ One of the best ways to fill up without putting a big dent in your calorie budget is is to eat lots of high volume foods. Think fruits veggies, egg whites, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal. Fiber stretches your stomach and signals fullness. It also slows down how quickly your food is digested you stay fuller for longer.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Prioritize protein. It will help fill you up and keep you full for longer. Aim for 20-30 grams with every meal.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This one is more of a mind trick, but don’t deprive yourself of the foods you love! That only leads to craving more of what you can’t have. Find ways to incorporate those foods into your diet in moderate amounts to help you feel more satisfied overall.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Keep your mind occupied and belly full by drinking lots of 0 or low calorie liquids. If you get bored of plain water, go for sparking or even the occasional diet soda if you’re down with that. I love me a Zevia!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Not getting enough sleep messes with hunger hormones and makes you crave more foods, especially the high calorie ones. Make sure you're gettin’ 7-9 hours every night to help keep you on track.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Caffeine can help blunt hunger and give you a boost of energy. But try not to use it s a crutch cause you can easily overdo it.⁣⁣ ⁣ Instead of reaching for food the second you feel the slightest twinge of hunger, get your mind off of it by staying busy. Want to start off by intoducing myself for those who dont know me and follow me and thank you guys for the support. ✊ My name is Gerardo and i am 23 years old and the main purpose i decided to start an instagram was to inspire and motivate others into a healthier lifestyle (mentally, physically, socially and etc. ) The main reason behind it is because i know what it feels like to struggle in life and how frustarating it feels ,but remember its part of the process. At the age of 3 i was diagnosed with cancer (wilstumor ) and lost a kindey in the process. Growing up my childhood was difficult due to the fact that i saw myself as inferior to others due to the fact that i was told that i was incapable of completing certain tasks ecpecially physically. It wasnt easy being told you cant do somehting you love so much (sports ). Sports were my outlet from reality the only thing that made me feel like i belonged. As i grew older i devoloped ptsd, anxiety, stress, anxiety (panic attacks ) and saw myself as worthless. I had a hard time accepting myself and involving myself into any activities (socially, physically, and mentally ). i considered myself as a loner and an outcast. After years of therapy and medications, it wasnt until i turned 22 that i turned my life around and committed into improving myself. I changed my life completely by changing my diet (vegan ), i also committed myself into meditation, i work out 6 to 7 days out of the week, and simply live a healthier lifestyle. I have committed to improve myself everyday and through my journey help others with the same intentions and have dealt similar struggles. I am inspired to inspire others and motivate them through their journeys. FOOD - Tuna / Brown Rice / Tinned tomatoes / spinach. Chilli / salt / pepper. - Don’t let the corrupt businesses in the fitness industry confuse you with bullshit protein shakes and supplements. Nothing is better than a complete natural diet. Once achieved then the CORRECT supplements and protein shakes can be introduced for specific needs. - The simplest way to follow a good diet is: - 90% of the food you eat should be as close to its natural state as possible. If it comes out the sea, grows out the ground or falls from a tree or is part of the animal kingdom it has the potential to be an edible food source. - Avoid letting your bodies blood sugars spike from processed shit causing yourself to become addicted to refined sugars, therefore consuming more crap. - Eat when truly hungry and listen to your bodies intuition. - Drink water. - Stay clear from any food that has an ingredients list that sounds like a chemistry lesson. - Try and get carbohydrates / protein / vegetables and fruit in every meal you eat. - meat - wild organic fish - wild msc Eggs - organic Milk & cheese - (it’s hard to avoid, but through independent research I believe it’s not good for us. ) - If you can’t afford wild organic meat then eat cheap wild fish or vegan sources as your better off not eating hormone and antibiotic pumped animals in my opinion. - I try my best to eat a wild fish / whole...plant based food & organic eggs diet. 🤷🏼‍♂️ P.s don’t be a boring fart it’s okay the other 10/20% of the week/day to treat yourself to ice cream chocolate or whatever you want. - Please leave your thoughts on this post.
