Did you know that you already have what it takes? What it takes to live to your fullest potential but it’s just been untapped. We’ll never really know how far it goes if we never do all that it takes. And if maybe it’s a little difficult to understand, think about this: A tree will grow to it’s maximum height. It doesn’t choose how high it wants to grow and it also can’t choose where to go because it is stationary. It doesn’t have that dignity of choice. We however can choose. So why not choose to strive to our fullest and choose to not be stationary if we are not thriving?
It’s a #flexfriday kind of day 💪🏼 Choosing the fitness path is seriously one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s exactly what pulled me up from a huge downfall I had and what has challenged me to become a better than what I use to be. That is what fitness teaches you, to become a better you because of the discipline that is behind all of it. Here’s a common statement that I get: “I’m not motivated like you to workout” To be 💯 with all of you, I don’t really have “motivation” and I don’t look for it either. I just decide to do it. Now some might say “but that’s easy for you, not me!”. Believe me, it has nothing to do with easiness. It’s really just about making the time, finding a form of exercise that you’ll enjoy doing and works for you, and knowing why you’re doing all of it in the first place. Here is cheers to a whole new level of uncomfortableness (it is a word ) with a side of raspberry tea ☕️ Someone once asked me “Are you happy or are you just comfortable?” and followed with that you could be happy with what you’ve got now because it is a blessing. But if you are not happy with staying there you must dive into the uncomfortable to completely change it because staying comfortable does not lead to growth. Every level you enter in life will always require a different you.
Have you ever just wondered why your body may be functioning a certain way that it shouldn’t even though you feel like you feel like you’re doing a lot of good to it already? And also you have a million thoughts running through your head in which majority of them stress you out? Here’s what I’ve learned from my own experience and even read: Your thoughts impact your health as much as the food you eat. Reread this statement, apply it to yourself, and if you still don’t understand, reread it again... and again... and again until you do. When you learn how to change your thoughts around, you are freeing your mind from everything that is holding you back and even helping out your own health. #mindbodyhealth
All I can say right now is WOW! As I mentioned in my stories earlier, this was my second time attending this event and because of the immense mentality change I made within the past year, this time around had an even bigger impact on me. Many people will still not understand and some will still criticize why I continue to do the business, why I keep taking the products and sharing it with others. This is what I will tell you: once you start to have more of an open mind, it’s much easier to gain an understanding. It’s exactly what I decided to do when I found myself hit rock bottom a year and nine months ago. I had heard all sorts of rumors myself before starting. The same ones many of you have heard and was even a skeptic. But it wasn’t until I actually gave it a try that made me realize that there’s a lot of amazing things that happen here and because of it all, I’ve grown into the person I am today.
And SQUEEZE!! I am definitely LOVING my back routines more and more. At the beginning of my journey, I remember admiring so many women I saw on social media with strong defined backs. Really just admiring their fitness overall and I still admire them today 🔥🔥 Seeing their progress would give me fuel to keep pushing and keep going and not shying away from the weights just because I would workout solo. I tell you, getting over that whole “ I don’t want to workout if I don’t have anyone to go with” excuse was one of the best decisions I have ever made. When you learn to put your goals as a major priority, you’ll find a way to make it happen and it’ll be so worth it in the long run. #fitnessjourney #earlymorninggrind #backday
Anyone else here get mega travel happy as your trip gets closer and closer?? Almost done packing around here and I’m well overloaded with excitement!!! I know that it’s only for the weekend and majority business but just the fact that I will physically be in another place that is not in Florida even if it’s just for 3 days fills me up with so much joy. Traveling is truly an opportunity that gives you so many experiences while you’re in the midst of it: the people, the environment, the culture that is established, traditions, the sceneries, and of course let’s not forget the food 😍 Soooo... It’s ALL angle, posture, and either partial or hardcore flexing for many IG fitness photos and even simple bikini pics. Never any judgement being thrown out there, but so that you guys know that it’s not always leans cut bodies with popping abs 24/7. I do have my areas where it’s pretty obvious that fat still accumulates and I figured it’s time to get rid of the worry for having it. So yeah, that’s me when I am in my most relaxed form and it’s pretty normal. But not really ashamed of how It looks and also don’t regret rocking my angles either to see where progress has been made. I mean I worked hard for it so why not?? Only sharing the best parts can lead to false hopes, unrealistic expectations, and even body shaming which is extremely unhealthy to the mind. Every journey is a long process, there’s never really a destination and I am here to tell you that you don’t have to wait to share the long term result to feel good about yourself or to inspire someone💯 On another note, that floaty wasn’t cooperating with me for the photo so it got me a little tense 😂🤦🏻♀️ #lovethejourney #lovethebody #itsallaprocess
