Next week I’m featured in the upcoming episode of @jessicakobeissi ’s YouTube series “Taking Pictures of Strangers”. We spent a day in South Korea snapping photos of random people on the street. Two things I learned: a. ) people in South Korea were incredibly friendly and fashion forward and b. ) if you ever want to overcome the fear of approaching people you don’t know, take a camera, walk around your town or city and take photos of people. It forces you to open yourself up and see the beauty in everyone.
Wanted to congratulate @therock and @laurenhashianofficial on a beautiful wedding in Hawaii. Thank you for having my team and I to capture it. It was the first wedding I’ve ever shot, and it was so memorable that if it was also the last one I ever shot I’d be totally okay with that.
If you’re at all on the fence about getting into the gym today... I can personally attest to the fact that The Rock regularly flies halfway around the world, goes from the plane straight to the gym for a two hour work out and THEN does a 10-12 hour press day. No excuses, get after it! New video from our travels through China live on @therock IGTV now! 🇨🇳💪🏽🎥
Japan will always have my heart. The biggest photography series on YouTube, 4 Photographers Shoot The Same Model, has a new episode up today that I filmed and edited! Also, what makes this episode special is that it’s the first time we’ve filmed it overseas. Always a pleasure to collaborate with you @jessicakobeissi and shout out to everyone else who helped bring this episode to life: @flanneryunderwood @georgiarisa @kohki @ken_youthtokyo @elliephoto__ Link to full video in my bio 👆🏽
Running around China with Mr. GQ @therock 👞👔🇨🇳
@therock asked me literally hours before departure if I could fly with him to Hawaii to film a video about a mountain in his sacred homeland. He stressed that this was a very important thing we needed to do so of course I said yes. What I didn’t realize was that the elevation of this mountain sits somewhere around 9,000 ft. The sun and all of its glorious UV rays are quite unforgiving at this height. As soon as we landed we jumped into the fray of filming, things were moving so fast that the last thing to cross my mind was sunscreen, and 4 hours later it started to set in... the pain in my arms. Possibly the worst sunburn I’ve ever gotten. But it was so worth it to tell the story we needed to tell. 📸: @liamunderwood
Mauna Kea is very sacred land to the Hawaiian people. It’s their spiritual sanctuary. The top of the mountains are their church. People want to come in and build things on this land that the people don’t want or need. It’s a heartbreaking dilemma, one that I hope ends with people putting humanity and compassion before profit or politics. Thank you @therock for allowing me to tell this story with you. And HUGE thanks to @captainpotter @nainoalanger @primefootage @minouye @valenahlo for contributing your footage to this piece and helping tell the greater story. Couldn’t have done it without you guys! #maunakea
One of my favorite moments from the @willsmith Aladdin vlog. Will really does live a life abundant with love, optimism and hope. Link in my bio to see the full video. 🧞♂️❤️🙏🏽
When I was a kid I watched my Aladdin VHS until it straight up broke, so putting this vlog together was quite surreal. @willsmith all over the world for the new Aladdin movie - link in my bio! 🧞♂️🌎
When I started making videos 10 years ago I thought my end goal was to make feature films. And while I may never make a “movie” in the traditional sense, let alone with someone at Will Smith’s level, helping him write/craft/edit his YouTube videos feels like almost the same thing. I love that the internet affords all of us the opportunity to adapt our dreams and goals. My two cents (for what it’s worth ), don’t get hung up on taking one singular route: there’s a million ways to get to where you wanna go. A Smith Family COACHELLA now up on @willsmith YouTube - link in my bio!

Happy 30 milly big willy. I drew some doodles on you, Jada and Martin to celebrate the occasion! #MicrosoftPaint 🎨🖌
Planes, trains, taxis, Airbnbs, endless 7-11 runs, hundreds of camera batteries, dozens of lenses and a handful of YouTube videos later... another Asia trip in the books. Thank you @jessicakobeissi and @flanneryunderwood for living with me in the trenches for the past two weeks. Love you guys ⛩🇯🇵🇰🇷🏯🙏🏽
One of the best parts of traveling is making unexpected friends that you know you’ll be tight with for years to come.
